Checking in and Out
Check-in is anytime after 5:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM.
To ensure every guest has a pleasant stay, we ask that these times are strictly followed, as we often have same-day changeovers and need the full time to prepare the house.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
You will be provided with the lockbox code on the day of your arrival, and the house keys will be waiting inside for your self check-in.
We typically stop by to introduce ourselves and ensure everything is to your satisfaction.
Booking & Group Guidelines – Please Read Carefully
The house STRICTLY accommodates up to 6 guests. Bookings for more than this number are not allowed, and we kindly ask you to adhere to this limit to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all.
We DO NOT accept bookings from tour companies, camps, retreats, or similar large groups. This policy helps us maintain the quality of each guest’s stay and protect the property.
Can I explore the fields or farm areas?
Guests are only permitted within the immediate house bounds and must not enter the surrounding fields or farm areas without accompaniment. These areas contain livestock and machinery that can pose risks to both guests and animals.
There are clear signs to indicate restricted areas, and for everyone’s safety, we kindly ask you to respect these boundaries.
You may see our friendly donkeys, llamas, goats, and sheep roaming the front garden. This is their home, so please treat them with respect. No rough petting or entering the fields they’re in. We want to ensure both you and our animals have a safe and enjoyable experience!

Guests will have full access to the entire cottage, including the outdoor deck with a coal BBQ, the private driveway with ample parking, and a shed for securely storing bikes and wetsuits. You’ll also be able to enjoy the stunning outdoor spaces with panoramic views of Clew Bay and the mountains. Our friendly animals, including donkeys, llamas, goats, and sheep, can often be seen roaming the front garden—please feel free to observe them but respect their space.
